Fantastic app and customer service

I’ve been paying into a ‘Help to Buy’ ISA for a few years and have found the app intuitive and pleasing to use. I have on occasion contacted customer services and my experience in this regard is excellent. I highly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Top class savings app

Not much to say other than it's amazing for what I need and I couldn't ask for a better account. The payday boost feature is amazing and payment is prompt. They are very good at letting me know if something hasn't been processed right so I can amend it. They also have pretty good interest rates Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Moneybox app has a clean, easy to use

The moneybox app has a clean interface, is easy to use and is super smooth. Any customer queries have been answered super quickly with no issue. Best of all the app kind of makes saving fun! Surprised and Excited for the future
