The Best Lifetime ISA Ever

I love how easy it is to use the Cash Lisa account on Moneybox. I can watch my progress every time I add money. It allows me to see how many week a left to save before the end of the tax year, how much is left to save and even has a mortgage calculator. There’s a support team devoted house buying which is phenomenal especially when your like me and you have never bought a house. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Amazing support

Any and every questions answered, never feel like I am left still questioning things or my questions was a silly question. All my worries are put to ease with no hesitation and they help you out as soon as possible! They have understood my situation and ensured they worked with me as a individual to get my best outcome, explaining everything fully and offering different paths along the way, so I am in full control with any choices I have had to make. Anything that has been declined I have received a great explanation and everything has been fully explained to help me understand why I have received this outcome and the next options to help me move in the right direction to getting a mortgage. Seamless Experience

The most outstanding customer service experience from a financial institution I have ever had

My experience of Moneybox has resulted in a great brand loyalty - which is unusual for me as I stick with banking from my parents brands or those around me. This is the first time I had went and researched and decided to open an account and I could not be happier due to their dedication to service, availability and the products they offer. They helped me understand about my LISA and then when I wanted to use it to purchase a house they assisted in any way they could to help me with a mortgage advisor free who took charge of organising the transfer and putting me at ease. I had a very difficult time with my purchase as a first time buyer where the bank that were giving me a loan did not provide my funds in time and left me in limbo. If it wasnt for moneybox it would have been much worse as they kept at them and provided a great mediator service and for that I will be forever grateful and have recommended to everyone I know.
