Easy transfer of funds in from a different bank account. Partner transferred from an existing isa with another bank into his new LISA with Moneybox and people were on hand to help and sorted everything out straight away with full communication. Great product! The bank transfer function has made it even better and easier! Brilliant and friendly communication! Not a single criticism! Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Not perfect, but better than the rest

The app is glossy and the service is fantastic. Overall, I’d recommend, in particular I love the ability to generate pdf statements at the drop of a hat. However, there are still elements I think could be clearer, in particular the date that depositing money is taken out of your external account and then when it arrives in your Moneybox account.
