Best customer service with their Mortgage services.

Best customer service with their Mortgage services. From start to end made the whole process stress free and found us the best mortgage that works for our finances. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

A huge help for us as first time buyers!

Moneybox mortgages gave us the reassurance we needed through every step of our house buying process. This was extremely valuable as first time buyers with no prior experience in the housing market, as they were always available to answer any questions we had, and helped push along the conveyancing process when needed. We had a few phone calls with the moneybox mortgage provider who found an excellent rate for us, then also helped us arrange home and life insurance. This, combined with almost daily interaction with our assigned mortgage case manager, gave us peace of mind throughout the few months we spent buying our first property. Using moneybox mortgages in conjunction with our Lifetime ISA and S&S ISAs also avoided any confusion when withdrawing from the LISA, as they handled sending any additional information required for this to our solicitors. I can absolutely recommend moneybox to anyone who needs an ISA, LISA, or mortgage! Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Easy to use and useful

As a person who does not find saving money easy and has never had a good experience with credit etc have found Money box to be incredibly useful - it has made understanding money management much easier and now I feel in control and know I can see I will be able save a deposit for a house.
