I’ve been using Moneybox’s Stocks and Shares ISA for...

I’ve been using Moneybox’s Stocks and Shares ISA for a while, and my experience has been fairly positive. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to start investing with minimal effort. The round-up feature, which automatically invests spare change from everyday purchases, is a great way to build up savings without even noticing. Setting up and managing the account is simple, requiring only £1 to get started. The app provides a clear overview of your investments and their performance, making it appealing for beginners. However, the fees are on the higher side compared to some other platforms, which can impact returns, especially for smaller investments. Best app if you looking to save money

I used this app to save a bit of money as I spend. I was surprised how much I could save every week just with round ups. There are a great variety of stock available to tailor your portfolio with a short performance report if you wish. Customer service is excellent and the team is always ready to help or advise you. Highly recommending this app to save money

Taking money weekly out of my account has been the most effective way to save. I get paid whenever an invoice clears so that could be weekly or monthly. So a lot of time I’m scraping until the next invoice clears and by then I’ve spent all my money. But taking a small amount allows me to not see and care about it enough to allow my savings to grow. Saving? A doddle!

After six decades Moneybox taught me 1) how to save and 2) how to continue saving to make it count. An ad opposite me in the tube, that's how it started. Who knew the Northern Line would ever get me that far!? Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

The. Best.

It’s so useful and easy. An unexpected benefit was it told me whenever money was leaving my account - including subscriptions I didn’t know I had. However, only downside is that when you withdraw money it’s doesn’t reset the %gains Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
