Excellent SIPP and S&S ISA service for 5 years

I've had both SIPP and S&S ISA for more than 5 years. Performance has been as good or better than similar products I also own from other providers, and their services have been excellent, particularly when I had a complex situation regarding tax free lump sum protection. Customer service does what it says on the tin!

The tax year end was imminent and my pension investment had stalled due to direct debit date cut-offs. I contacted customer service and they resolved the matter via alternative funding arrangements within the tax year end. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
