Great ISA

User friendly - Transparen - Low Managing Costs

Incredibly easy process to set up your account, user friendly, personalised investment approach which allows you to understand a recommendation of how you should start investing (risk level) but also allows you to change this. Complete transparency in where your funds can be and are invested. The product itself is fairly value for money whether that be self managed or managed by MoneyFarm daily, and even decreases in increments dependant on your initial investment. Allows you to speak with portfolio mangers and lots of useful tools to learn about investing.I have tried other products and they're not as comprehensive. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Straightforward and simple yet effective

The whole process to set up a S&S ISA was easy to follow, clear and avoided a lot of unnecessary jargon - which I found from some other providers and was frankly quite off putting. The customer service is pitched at the right level and I like that it is upto each individual how much support and advice they want, it’s not mandated so that feels like it’s tailored to you.
