Not a great start but have improved significantly

I experienced a major problem when I opened the account because the bonus rate was not applied. I made an official complaint which was not handled well initially but the outcome was acceptable & throughout I dealt with people who listened and cared about me as a saver. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I've been with Moneyfarm for years. Numbers, investing, finance etc. are not natural for me as a creative person, but everything from the way the app works to how informative and approachable they are makes it extremely easy and has honestly changed the way I look at money. The app is so simple and easy to understand. They are always at the end of the phone (I've never been on hold) and you're never sent to a call centre. They explain everything very clearly and have given me some great advice which has definitely helped increased my returns. I love them! Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
