Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Easy, ESG-friendly investments.

I have been investing with Moneyfarm for a number of years now, alongside other major groups. However, it is Moneyfarm's ease of use, friendly app interface and great investment-awareness emails that make them stand apart. I'm also an environmentally aware individual and know that where I invest can have a big impact. When Moneyfarm began advertising their ESG options, I was surprised with how easy it was to switch. It was such little hassle that I could scarcely believe it. Now my portfolio is growing, whilst my guilt continues to decrease! Reviewed on: 4th January 2022
