Since joining Mondyfarm in early 2017 I have been kept up to date on just about everything involving the company and my portfolio. Transparency is quite clearly a substantial part of Moneyfarm's ethics. The fee structure is also excellent, and the introductory offer of first £10k managed free, then expanded to £12k has been wonderful, especially as I'm so wary of the effects of fees cutting into performance. The ability to update risk preferences or investing time frames would be a great addition. Furthermore, if Moneyfarm were to have the option of lifetime isas, I would see little reason to move to another platform. Overall, Moneyfarm has treated me excellently over the past year, and I look forward to further development and a continued relationship. And fingers crossed the fees remain low! Have opened an ISA with MoneyFarm and so far found the customer service to be excellent and their app very easy to use. Nice modern approach to investing without all the hassle of picking investments myself. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018
