Really supportive customer service which responds in as little as a few minutes. The products are quite clear in description - something more could be done on performance tracking (e.g., returns, risk weighted portfolio returns, etc.). Moneyfarm - you can actually talk to a person.

Moneyfarm offer a similar product to others except in one aspect - it is very easy to actually get to talk to a human and then keep talking to the same human over time. Invaluable. They offer great rates and provide easy to digest, but insightful, market information and anlaysis. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
