I have had a great experience from start to finish with Moneyfarm. They are such helpful advisors, holding my hand from the beginning starting with a personalised phone call from their advisors. Great experience

I have been investing with Moneyfarm for a few years. I have been very impressed with them. Their portfolios are easy to understand and to set up with the appropriate risk level. The visuals make it easy to understand each portfolio's contents, recent cashflows and performance. Just as important, although it hasn't been often, I have been able to speak to a customer service rep very easily when needed. I haven't needed to book a meeting with the investment managers, though I have been through the process and all was very straightforward. Reviewed on: 8th January 2022

Clueless but confident

I am completely clueless about investments and anything money-related! I would have kept my money sitting in a bank or under a mattress before discovering Moneyfarm.
