Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. A great app - my whole financial position in one place

I see how much I'm spending on dog treats every month.

I find the app very easy to use and quite intuitive. I like the fact it gives me an at a glance over view of all my different accounts. I used to have to sit down monthly, log on to each Credit card app separately and write down my balances on a bit of paper. None of that now, I can see exactly what I owe, what I have in my savings and exactly how much I'm spending on dog treats every month... A lot, but she's worth it.. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025
