Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Moneyhub is superb value for money

They have connections other than bank accounts which makes it easy to have a glance at my total portfolio and cash networth all in one place. Moneyhub is also very cheap for the service they provide, much cheaper than the likes of Emma and Snoop. I do wish they would make the UI a little bit less complex and more satisfying to use like Snoop, but otherwise I cannot fault the app - its a winner. Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

A professional version.

Most complete financial app ever!
