Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Great app for bringing disparate finances together

Great overview of finances, with useful tools to help plan and budget. I love that it’s accessible on the web as well as in the app. Navigation could do with streamlining, but it’s fine once you know where everything is. My only real negative feedback is that some banks require frequent re-authentication, and doing so is usually slow and feels flakey. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

The app allows me to monitor my income and expenditures very well. When I’ve had any problems with connections in the past the support team at Moneyhub were quick to respond with a named person who kept me informed and the issue was speedily resolved Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
