Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Moneyhub is a great service allowing you to monitor your finances at a level that's higher than just the basics but not too complicated to put you off. Manages to support all my accounts

I have tried to manually track many accounts before and tried other products. This is the first that has managed everything. All my transaction accounts are supported and when I've needed some help I have got it within a day or two. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025
