Pots are ideal for budgeting and separating funds

Monzo is my favourite bank I've used so far! I've never ran in to issues or been pushed to purchase more services. The 'pots' system is ideal for setting budgets and separating funds, it has helped me with my financial health in so many ways! It's even better that it is a free service with the account. Pot personalisation gives you freedom to set up in a way that is useful to you. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

I wanted an accoint which I could use abroad without extortionate fees. One of my friends recommended Monzo. It was easy set up and also asy to use the app.. When using abroad you know exactly what you are paying either on lifting money from a cash line or paying for items in a restaurant or shop. When my card was lost. It was easy o go onto he app and freeze the card. Report my other card as lost and order a replacement card. I am now in the process of cancelling my bank account which I have had with another company since I was 20 to transfer all my dd etc over to my Monzo account. I love the fa t on the app you can put money into different pots if for instance you are saving for. A holiday or a car. And it is separate from the normal account. It's good on the whole

When Monzo works, it's fantastic, but when it doesn't, it can be quite frustrating. I've encountered issues with Monzo flagging my payments as fraud, even after completing all the necessary security checks. On the bright side, Monzo to Monzo bank transfers are seamless, and the app itself is user-friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Monzo is one of the easiest banking apps and what is amazing the app and ease doesn't make it feel like banking. I love the design and features. I just set up a joint account with my partner and it was done within 2 minutes. The ease of use and taking the pain away from the customer. We can see Monzo is a modern customer centric app!
