They always provide the best rates to their customers and everything can be done within their app. I recently used the Flex service to pay for an purchase in 3 payments and found the whole process straight forward and easy. Having Monzo Flex is so useful!

Having Monzo Flex is so useful! I much prefer it to having a credit card with the more traditional banks, I feel this is much more user-friendly and helps me keep my spending in check, whilst still allowing me to cover the cost of purchases spread over a few months.
