Spoon full of sugar

This bank has made everything so simple, from getting the account to getting a flex account to a loan. It has without fault been the easiest of experiences and also found that it's nice to have a trusting bank where customer service are also very good. You know where you stand with Monzo and nothing is too trouble to understand. There's no silly going the bank to verify etc, it's all convenient on one app. One word to describe.... Outstanding.
