I have never come across banking that is so easy convenient and friendly. Everything you want is on the app. You have no worry about making a phone call. Applying for a loan is as easy as just checking your balance. I made the application and in 5 minutes literally the money was in my account. ! I can never recommend this bank enough! Spoon full of sugar

This bank has made everything so simple, from getting the account to getting a flex account to a loan. It has without fault been the easiest of experiences and also found that it's nice to have a trusting bank where customer service are also very good. You know where you stand with Monzo and nothing is too trouble to understand. There's no silly going the bank to verify etc, it's all convenient on one app. One word to describe.... Outstanding.
