Poor Loan Service too expensive compared to competitors

I was granted for a loan up to £16k but the APR was expensive. I managed to get one with a competitor for 4.9%. How can we support a bank we are compassionate about and want to grow when they rip you off in interest. I am looking at moving away from Monzo Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

What a brilliant bank ,

Monzo is like no other bank ,all ways on my side I feel ,always looking ahead for payments due and making me aware plus on days I'm over committed they ease the pain by giving me options to stay on track...
