Spoon full of sugar

This bank has made everything so simple, from getting the account to getting a flex account to a loan. It has without fault been the easiest of experiences and also found that it's nice to have a trusting bank where customer service are also very good. You know where you stand with Monzo and nothing is too trouble to understand. There's no silly going the bank to verify etc, it's all convenient on one app. One word to describe.... Outstanding. Absolutely love Monzo. Really simple, intuitive app. Requested a loan to help with consolidation and the process couldn’t have been simpler. What makes it even better is the flexibility where I can pay more with a couple of taps if I wish to do so. The app is also great as it helps you track the exact amount remaining immediately.
