Absolutely love Monzo. Really simple, intuitive app. Requested a loan to help with consolidation and the process couldn’t have been simpler. What makes it even better is the flexibility where I can pay more with a couple of taps if I wish to do so. The app is also great as it helps you track the exact amount remaining immediately. My son told me about this bank..I hesitated about it for a while..Inishmore I hadn't.Best bank in my option.

Since joining Monzo bank I have been able to save more money than ever before. The app is so easy to use and if I need any assistance the chat feature is brilliant. Simple, flexible and understandable

Monzo really makes things straightforward and easy to use for their customers. I recently took out a loan with Monzo and the process was incredibly easy to manage and terms clear and understandable. I love the flexibility they allow over repayments, both early and extra repayments and their customer service and preference for using plain English is outstanding - you almost wouldn't believe they were a bank!
