Since joining Monzo bank I have been able to save more money than ever before. The app is so easy to use and if I need any assistance the chat feature is brilliant. Simple, flexible and understandable

Monzo really makes things straightforward and easy to use for their customers. I recently took out a loan with Monzo and the process was incredibly easy to manage and terms clear and understandable. I love the flexibility they allow over repayments, both early and extra repayments and their customer service and preference for using plain English is outstanding - you almost wouldn't believe they were a bank! I had an awesome experience with Monzo as my money issues were sorted with an ease in a snap of a finger. It gave me a wide range of choices in terms of organising my cash flow for optimum savings and systematic loan terms. I can just rest in the fact that my money is handled properly with Monzo.
