Disgusting Company avoid At All Costs..

Disgusting Company Who Show There Customers No Compassion Or Give Them Space When Needed Because Sadly Lifestyles Can Suddenly Change Due To Things Such As Close Bereavements Or Ill Health Diagnoses Yet They Carry On Like A Bunch Of Hungry Wild Hyenas Trying To Get There £5 Of Flesh For The Week Through Constant Bombardments Of Phone Calls, Text Messages, House Calls & Emails Should You Unknowingly Or Unpredictably Fall Behind A Week Or Two That Could Be Literally Not Your Fault Yet They Come At You With There Nearly Double Interest Charges Preying On The Most Vulnerable Of Society When In The Current Economical Environment Many People Are Sadly Very Very Vulnerable Where Its An Option Of That Last £5 In The Electric Or Gas Meter To Heat There Homes Or But Food To Survive, Yet Morses Make You Feel Under Greatest Of Pressures With There Constant Harrasssements That You Just Had That Weeks Last £5 Just To Stop The Headache Shark Chasers Who Don't Care About The Customers Vulnerability Needs & May Give You A Tiny Glimpse Of Direction To Go To Should You Debt Advices Which Is Now A Strict Operational Rule Set By Government To Make It Look Like They Are Assisting In Some Way But Yet You Have To Complete So Much Paper Work (Save The Planet Right!!) About Finances In & Outgoings, Plus If Health Is A Problem You Have A Very Lengthy Form Thats Reliant On You To Have Filled In By Yourself & Verification From A Health Professional That You Have To Pay For Before Morses May Help You By Sending Debt Advices From A Different Company That They May Or May Not Have A Link To Yet Want To Hold Such Peronal Information About You On File & Shared With Various Company's Your Vulnerabilities Which In Long Term Makes You A Massive Risk To Lend Too Unless Just Like Morses There Interest Rates Are Literally Nearly Doubled. They Don't Listen To Complaints About Harrasssements As They Feel Its There Shark Infested Duties & Rights To Chase You For Every Last Penny & If Thats Not Enough Then A One Missed Payment Goes Down As A Black Mark On Your Credit Files Making It Virtually Impossible To Lend Off A More Affordable Lender So Your Always Stuck Like A Child On A Roundabout Going Around In Circles & Back To Morses If Needed Because You Now Have No Option To Go Elsewhere & More Affordable... My Only Last Advice Is Avoid At All Costs Its NOT Worth It & Making The Fat Cats Richer Thats All..!! Reviewed on: 18th October 2022

DISGUSTING SERVICE- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

abusive woman at my door shouting her mouth off. Delaying me to get to emergency vets with my cat whose in a transporter in my kitchen at that time. The woman nearly knocking my door off its hinges. Want to see the proper review of the abuse then go visit trust pilot under mosses loan reviews and read the full story. Its a disgusting service and my complaint never even got dealt with. Crafty disgusting company

Disgusting crafty company.. I've had 2 or 3 loans out with the same agent ... I owe £50 that is it I haven't missed a payment .. my partner also has 1 out with them... I applied for a renewal on my loan ..CANT .. tried to get a new loan CANT .. agent and company saying new rules have been added to our company .. all this crap .. my credit limit is higher than my partner's I owe less than her and partner still gets offered... something has seriously went haywire in this company... And they wonder why people miss payments or don't pay at all it's because .. they are fast enough to get you in the books so you owe them but when you need help is absolutely zero help ... I have text my agent and her manager about this .. I am actually fuming at the fact they use people .. well anyone comes to my house for a payment I'll be sure to tell them where to go Reviewed on: 16th June 2022

Prey on vulnerable

I have just discovered a very vunerable family member has taken out a loan with this company. The amount borrowed is £300. The total amount they will repay is £525.00 paying £225.00 interest!!! Absolutely disgusting. Luckily I realised within the 14 day cooling off period so this can be cancelled and the £300 paid back with no charges. Thankfully I am able to help, I know others aren't so Lucky. I feel for those people who have no choice Reviewed on: 27th February 2022

would never recomend morses to anyone , we got into arrears with loan and set up a payment plan with there area manager to stop us getting any adverse marks on our credit file , and morses went over what was aggread and marked my file anyway even sent me default letters out for accounts i had paid up ??? why to go morses wont ever use you again Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Easy, fast door step loans from NORMAL people

My credit history isn't amazing and isn't awful, Morses loans were quick to apply for online, they came to my home and went through everything in a simple way from amount I could afford to payback total amount. Staff were friendly and NORMAL !! Didn't feel like I had a bank manager breathing down my neck and grilling me !! Reviewed on: 5th July 2020

unbelievable

Been a customer for a number of years, never missed a payment, in fact always been in credit, then they send me a default letter telling me I am in arears by £2, which is all I owe, even though due to lockdown they wont take a payment as little as £2 over the phone, so I cannot get out of arears and my credit rating goes tits up Reviewed on: 27th April 2020
