Pushy and unclear

I am happy overall with the product and services provided, however, at the ‘welcome phone call’ I was called by a pushy member of staff who assumptively added features to my account without being clear what they were or that he was signing me up for them without clear consent. He rushed through his blurb making it very unclear that this was a sales call not merely a welcom call. Only when he was required to tell me the overall cost did I realise he had added on features at a cost which I had quite clearly explained I wouldn’t need. He did remove them when challenged but I was left feeling slightly untrusting of their call centre. Reviewed on: 27th April 2018
