Simple Easy & Helpful

I have dealt with My Community bank on a couple of occasions and both times they were easy to deal with, helpful and understanding of my needs. The apr is competitive and you can easily set your own terms on repayment period . A very easy company to deal with and I would certainly use again if in need of a loan . Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Very unhelpful during COVID

During COVID I was unable to make full payments. We made an agreement and I started to pay back less. When I could make full payments they demanded the outstanding I didn’t pay during COVID and suggested I only pay back what’s owed and to stop the payment on the interest to ensure I could keep up with payment. They then defaulted me which has severely affected my credit score. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Unbelievable great Bank

I needed borrow money quickly as was going to Poland. 2 years ago was diagnosed with breast cancer and haven’t seen my family for that time, and of course covid.
