Excellent!

Bare in mind this is not a High Street run of the mill Bank, yes they are people's bank and may for some customers be a little slower to respond to email. But I just call them up. I found this is an excellent place to save and place your money. Started with My Community Bank 4 years ago with a saving account and last year joined there associated Castle Community Bank -all part of one group. Just opened up 2 more savings accounts at my renewal today. Awesome customer service and great rates. Definitely recommend them to anyone, as it's truly is a bank by the people for the people! Easy to set up, quick and responsive

Good interest rate offered on a reinvested sum

On maturity of my 1 year fixed rate savings account I was prepared to move my money to a more favourable rate elsewhere. However, My Community Bank offered me a competitive rate to reinvest for a further 1 year so I did not need to research any further. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

What's not to like?
