Approachable, flexible, supportive.

I have been with the bank for over 25 years, my children are with the bank. They are helpful in branch, over the phone. When I lost my husband they were so helpful the bereavement team, calling keeping me updated, no pressure as this would of tipped me over the edge. I cannot thank them enough.
