Lower interest rate than any other credit card I have had

Natwest Credit Card phone service is a disgrace

Natwest makes you spend an awful long time in the waiting queue when you try to phone them. It is frankly disgusting! I am so appalled by this company and am now switching credit card provider, as well as current account. What an awful bank!!!!!! Reviewed on: 11th July 2018

Annual Charge

Really disappointed that Natwest have a Î£25 annual fee for some of their credit cards, why???? The competition out there must be tough, there are so many other credit cards to choose from, most with no annual charge. Reviewed on: 9th November 2017
