Best bank I've ever been with, so easy to deal with and all staff are highly trained to be knowledgeable about almost all aspects of the products and services they provide, if they don't know they ask and check before they pass the info onto the customer, although I don't feel like a customer as the staff make you feel as if you are almost family, could be a water dispenser in the waiting area and access to toilets for children but overall 9.75/10 Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
