There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Great service, easy to use app

I love the NatWest app and how easy it is to use, and that I can basically do anything without ever having to make a phone call or visit a branch. I pay £20 a month for Platinum Rewards and recently had to use the included breakdown cover. It was easy to contact them, no hassle getting a breakdown service out to me, which I was so grateful for being with my young son at the time. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Innovative no hassle banking

I'm definitely an "apps" person, and the app for my NatWest Account has been fantastic for a long time, but I also applaud the continuous improvement and innovation. I rarely have a need to go to my branch but on the rare occasion I've had a need to visit, it's a 10-minute walk away (Sutton Coldfield), where I will find very helpful staff.
