An awesome idea carried out really well

My 14 year old daughter loves having her NatWest Rooster money card. I don't have to worry about her losing money when she is out and she is learning to save for things that she wants. It is a good incentive to get her to clean her bedroom too :-) Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Rooster card

My daughter uses the Rooster card, this is very easy to use and allows her independence whilst also maintaining control. It’s also cheaper than other options out there. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

My son lost his card and the new one was lost in the post. This was sorted out in a few days once I pushed that I did not want to wait any longer, we needed access to the account. Great customer service (eventually!) Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Great app and local branch

My local branch is realy great, with helpful and friendly staff, and have always sorted me out with any problems that i might have. The app is easy to use and can do almost everything you need to on there. The only downside is they never seem to be competitive on things like insurances, at least not for me anyway Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
