Always helpful, friendly and wearing a smile

Staff always willing to help and suggest ways to help us. Always friendly with a smile :) really makes a difference. App is easy to use and the rooster app is a great way to introduce money to our kids. It’s helping them learn about saving and prioritising things. Brilliant card with helpful parental alerts

My children love using their bank cards as it gives them more independence and teaches them the value of money. Each time they use their card I get a notification on my phone to tell me what they have spent. I find this so useful to keep track of their spending. It also alerted me to the fact my youngest child had accidentally subscribed to Amazon prime which i subsequently managed to cancel and get a refund for my daughter. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
