Unsupported product

I chose Rooster as a platform for my boys to learn how to manage and interact with money. In part this decision was made through Rooster being a Nat West product and, having a number of Nat West accounts, the 12 months free offer was attractive. App downloaded fine, funds paid in fine. Activating a card…here is where the trouble starts. To get a card, you need to connect Rooster with a Nat West account. To do this you need to navigate a series of security gates. In short, this step is impossible. Visited a large branch to resolve, staff unaware of Rooster and what it is. Given a number to call. Call handler unaware of Rooster and what it is. Given a Rooster email address to contact. Rooster support advise Nat West are the only ones who can overcome the problem. Don’t get me started on the utterly useless chatbot Cora. So I have funds in a rooster account that are unusable and inaccessible. Poor show Nat West Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Love the Rooster App!
