Easy pocket money

This makes giving my children weekly pocket money so easy. We’ve been using it a year and I’ve found over that time they have realised how good it is to save for a particular thing they want through the savings goal feature. Also they have been learning that by putting part of their pocket money into the savings pot, they earn interest! I’m very happy with this app. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

A great way to keep track of our daughters pocket money

Before rooster we used to plan to give our daughter a few pound each week for pocket money but would sometimes forget or not have any coins. The app automatically adds her pocket money each week and it's easy to update if she's spent any of her money. It's really helped to avoid the "I want" statements at shops as she has the freedom to save or spend her own money. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Great learning tool

So easy to use. Our children like that they can see their money grow. They can spend money by using the card and therefore don’t lose the change! It gives them the tools to take responsibility of their spending, savings and appreciation for the money they have. Great educational tool. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Financial Education for Children

I started using RoosterMoney to safely educate my 3 children on managing their finances. The solution offers all the flexibility I need for my children to save and spend. I use the app to incentivise them to do chores in return for pocket money. I also have peace of mind that my children have access to cash when they are out with friends and can instantly top up their funds if needed. Freedom for kids and control for parents!

Our daughter is 13 but has some additional needs so is less mature than her peers. This card is perfect for allowing her the freedom and kudos of her own bank card but with the parental supervision that the app allows. The PIN function on the app is also great as it means she doesn't have to remember her PIN! I looked into several similar cards and I'm pleased we chose Rooster. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
