A good bank have been with them for years and receive my salary in my current account for over 2 years but they can’t even give me a £10 overdraft Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

NatWest customer for 32 years and no plans to move.

Been a natwest customer for 32 years. No plans to change. Now my kids have rooster and it just works. Can you imagine having an account when I was a child. Introducing my kids to saving and value at an age far younger than I got.. just fantastic. Just pay them a small amount of interest and that will be the icing on the cake. I started banking with Natwest after speaking to somebody at a uni fair in 1999. I have always liked using the banking website and app and found the customer support services very helpful. Brilliant account
