Good communication and engagement.

Good communication and engagement. The account helps to educate my child on how to manage money, how to earn, how to budget. It's easy to use. Really good value compared to others. No complaints from the adults or the child. I like the notifications and that you can manage it remotely. This is my only experience with this type of account mind you. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

I have personal account, ISA, Rooster for both child...

I have personal account, ISA, Rooster for both children and a credit card all with NatWest and can’t fault it. You adjust my limits up and down as I request them and the app works fantastically well. Also the credit card fraud team are great Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
