Fantastic app

Being with the Natwest Rooster app has been a real life saver for myself and children on the go my normal account always asked to verify the payment whilst I could just sent to the Rooster easily. Would definitely recommend to all because it's a great app to have for person with children. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Very helpful staff

I needed some assistance with my account and the staff member I spoke to was really knowledgeable and friendly. They sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently, and even went the extra mile to explain things clearly. Face to face appointments

My kids love their rooster cards.

My kids love their rooster cards. The app is easy to use and if there are issues with the card it can be frozen easily. It’s also easy to add a spending limit to the card. the kids can all see their own accounts from their iPad and earn money doing chores. only downside is that other companies do provide a card for free now.
