Easy to manage cards and apps

I can’t comment on customer service as we’ve never needed to call on it. All the information is easily accessible, it’s been very easy to set up and manage the cards and apps, and my children love that they have some control too. Being free as a NatWest account holder is brilliant as I wouldn’t otherwise pay but I do think it’s important the children learn about digital banking. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Bucking the banking trend.

Have a current account, rooster account (for my daughter) and mortgage with natwest. Across all of these services I have had no complaints and all interactions have been straightforward, easy, professional and enjoyable. Which is unusual for the banking sector. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
