Been with NatWest for about 30y & would never move

Been with NatWest for about 30y and have never thought of changing banks; why wound you when you when all you need is in one place .. even my kids bank with them - A* !! Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

I do find the app very confusing.

I do find the app very confusing. Staff in the bank are very helpful but I wish the app was more user friendly. I need to increase my grand daughter’s weekly allowance but cannot work out how it’s done so I will have to try and get the bank to do it. Rooster is great!

The Rooster account has really helped my son understand money. Already he is talking about how he can save for his future and what he would like to save up for. These are life skills. Something as a child I was never prepared for. He respects money and its value a lot more since having his rooster account. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Twenty years and counting...

I have been with NatWest for nearly twenty years and now have a Rooster account for my eldest child. I will be opening a new account once my youngest child is old enough. I am happy with the accounts I have. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
