Always had a natwest account and my daughters rooster card account is great. Natwest are always greatly efficient, good service at all times, so helpful and all their apps are very easy to use, well explanitory and any issues are always dealt with quickly and appropriately. Good for teens!

I like being able to keep track of my teenagers’ spending and the app means it’s easy for me to add money to their card in an emergency. I also really like being able to lock the save pot and add interest to help encourage them to get into the saving habit! Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
