Independence and ability to spend

Card gets used occasionally but my daughter enjoys the independence of having it. It’s made it a lot easier for her to budget her pocket money as many places we now go to are card only. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Shorter wait times

Good service with wait times to talk to human being but not as bad as other providers. My main concern with all financial institutions is worldwide call centres and lengthy wait times, Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Not Bad, Could Be Better

My children use their card all the time
