Always works when I need ot to.

Always works when I need ot to. The app is great. The online services are supported by emails which remind me about travel etc the contactless controls are what I need as a parent. I can control the card easily. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Card is a good starter card.

Card is a good starter card and I like the security of having to reset the pin after a set amount spent or multiple transactions. Not so happy with the fact that the card can’t be used in certain venues ie leisure centres or buses. This restricts child’s freedom a little Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

One improvement needed...

The only thing letting Rooster down is that they cannot pay money into their own accounts using machine or in the bank. It would be nice for them to pay in their own birthday/Christmas money. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
