Exceptional customer service

In the past year both of my children have had issues with their cards due to their school bus provider. On both occasions the customer service I received from Rooster was exceptional. Easy and quick to transfer money to m teen

Fantastic products and services

I’ve been a Natwest customer for over 15 years and can’t thank them enough for all the products and services I’ve had: best mortgage rate in the market, best savings account with high return and the fantastic free Rooster account for my child which enables him to learn how to manage finances/make payments.
