Love the Rooster Money system.

5
Love the Rooster Money system. My daughter can use her card (the design she was able to choose) and I get to see what she's spending where, in real time. This enables me to keep tabs but also challenge her if she's getting a bit spendy. I also love that I can keep money back on my end of the account and very easily drip feed it into her end of the account, labelling the reason for the top-up (e.g pocket money, brill work etc). App is super simple too. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Closure of branches

5
Hmm. The lack of branches is an issue. We are still not a cashless society so when Lucy receives cash from grand parents I now have to go and queue in a post office along with all other banks customers to just pay cash in to her account. It really is a shocking customer service. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
