Disappointing

My son couldn’t use his card abroad and is now nervous of using it again in case it is declined. We also cannot get it loaded on Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Positive learning experience for kids

Set up accounts for my 2 kids. They teach my children how to save and they can learn to monitor spending. The experience has been easy for me as the adult to set up and manage, but also great for my kids to learn. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

My questions are always answered promptly, advisors...

My questions are always answered promptly, advisors are very helpful, always willing to help assist with any issues. The card itself has been brilliant, helping my daughter to understand her finances and how to save and spend her money carefully. Its also great for me as I can see exactly what she is spending and where. Also that I can help her with any issues as I can access the app so i can reset her contact less, change spending limits, where the card can be used etc. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
