The website is riddled with errors, the online journey constantly breaks, and I’ve been repeatedly locked out of my account for no clear reason. It has taken me nearly eight weeks just to get an account open — and now that it’s finally “open”, I still can’t access it. Every step has involved something going wrong: verification codes that never arrive, systems that lock me out without explanation, and processes that seem to reset themselves. Nothing works smoothly, nothing is intuitive, and nothing has been resolved despite multiple attempts. This has been one of the most frustrating and time‑wasting experiences I’ve ever had with a financial institution.
