    It was dreadful.

    It was dreadful. After a series of normal conversations with a person on the phone (which I was told were recorded for quality control) and... It was dreadful. After a series of normal conversations with a person on the phone (which I was told were recorded for quality control) and what I thought seemed like a smooth process, I was told suddenly that my mortgage was refused. That call was not recorded and the employee (different from previous one) kept saying the decision was final. and I could not do anything about it. Well it was not: I complained and they 'changed their minds' after two agonising weeks for me. AWFUL!!!! Read more Read less

    Time wasters

    Withdraw mortgage applications part way through without any explanation at all. Even requesting an explanation greets you with stonewalll silence.
