Easy to use, accessible service

Great customer service and provide the best

I have not long joined with Newday and since having this account it has been very simple to manage with it being all just on your device. It is helpful when it comes to having to purchase unexpected things and having that fair time to pay it off via direct debit or transfer. I also think that it massively helps your credit score for young individuals who are wanting to increase their score. New day is very helpful in any inconvenience where you need to be able to use credit. I believe new day is a great provider and I have never had any issues with any payments. I've now had BIP for going on to my second year and it's the best card I have ever had. Customer service is absolutely brilliant the online chat with agent if you are stuck with anything is also brilliant. I'm hoping to keep this virtual card just I'm hoping for is if my Apr can get lower I'd be happier.
