Reasonable card

Card is reasonable - average credit limit (even though their sister brand ‘Aqua’ upped my limit). Promotions are good. Sign up promotion was a mess had to keep chasing them due to ‘system issues’. A follow up promotion (spend £30 get £5) worked well. If they have better IT, allow you to request manual credit limit increase and continue to offer promos, hopefully will get a better rating next year. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

So easy to use even for a beginner like me

So helpful and easy to use Was a lifesaver for me when I did my weekly shop and I’d forgotten my bank card .. was so embarrassed but luckily I rememberd I had Bip on my phone never been so relieved Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

The future of credit cards

At first I was sceptical about having a cardless account, but Bip really does a great job. It's easy to add the card into Google Pay and the Bip app is well designed and intuitive. I can't fault Bip at all and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022
