Love that it does not have a card. It's very convenient to have it with me on my phone at all time incase I get caught out without my purse. I haven't had any problems with BIP since having it so can't comment about customer care. So over all happy customer Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Bip means I don’t have to carry my cards all the time. It’s easy to use in Apple Wallet and I never have to search for my balance by statement or phone. It’s clear, concise and has a simplified home App page. Interest rates are on a par with other cards and it’s easy to pay additional payments in the App. Overall excellent Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
